Bennati Valpolicella Ripasso

TASTING NOTES: Very impressive red, with a deep colour, followed by a rich blend of both ripe and dried fruit (cherries, plums, fig), layered with vanilla, cocoa powder, and interesting hints of tobacco, leather and light spice. Very well balanced, supple tannin, with a superb flavoursome finish.

FOOD MATCH: R ed meat and game, mature cheese.
